Rachel M. Hanson
With over a decade of experience in family law, Rachel M. Hanson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every case she handles. Raised in the heart of Minnesota’s Lake’s Country, Rachel’s roots instilled in her a deep appreciation for family values and a commitment to helping others navigate complex legal situations.
After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Dakota State University and graduating cum laude from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012, Rachel gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Steven Cahill. She then transitioned into private practice, focusing primarily on family law and personal injury cases for the past eight years.
Rachel is a trained mediator in North Dakota and Minnesota, and her skills as a qualified parenting coordinator further enhance her ability to guide families through delicate custody matters. As a mother herself, she understands the importance of putting families first and strives to alleviate the stress and uncertainty that often accompany these challenging situations. Jessica L. Moen
Hailing from Mahnomen, Minnesota, Jessica L. Moen’s journey in family law began when she attended Minnesota State University Moorhead, where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law in 2010.
Jessica’s early career experience at a small law firm in Mahnomen provided her with invaluable insights into the complexities of family law matters. After gaining corporate experience as an associate claims counsel at a Fortune 500 company in Omaha, Jessica returned to private practice in Fargo in 2015, where she has since focused on divorce, custody and all other family law matters.
As a dedicated member of the Fargo community and a mother herself, Jessica understands the importance of compassionate and personalized legal representation. Heidi Biller – Receptionist/Office Manager/Legal Assistant
A self-proclaimed organization nerd, Heidi is all things a legal assistant should be, friendly, professional, and organized. But above all, she loves helping people. A passion that grew out of her exposure to different peoples and cultures at a young age while growing up in Cameroon, Africa.
After graduating from George Fox University in Newberg, OR, Heidi began her professional career as an ESL teacher in the Czech Republic, a role she continued as Director of Admissions for The Language Company in Oklahoma City, OK. After a brief break to run her own coffee shop and virtual assistant businesses, Heidi found herself drawn to the challenging and rewarding field of family law.
When she’s not at her desk, answering your calls and questions with a friendly smile and listening ear, you can find her cozied up with her cat and a good book.
